1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Isabella Security Screen System (Isabella SSS) Pty Ltd (ABN:92656175147), herein referred to as “The Company”, to the customer, herein referred to as “The Customer”. These terms apply to all sales of glass doors, windows, security doors, and windows supplied by The Company.

2. Agreement

By ordering products from The Company, The Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Orders and Specifications

3.1. All orders shall be made in writing or via an approved electronic method. 

3.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order. 

3.3. The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the specifications of the products as required by applicable law or safety standards.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Prices shall be as indicated on quotations or price lists provided by The Company.

5. Delivery

6.2. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery. 

6.3. This warranty does not affect The Customer’s statutory rights.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Returns of faulty or non-conforming goods can be made in accordance with The Company’s returns policy. 

7.2. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the returns policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the products shall remain the property of The Company.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure is due to a force majeure event.

10. Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting The Customer’s privacy. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
